As a teaching professor, I always appreciate questions.  Below are my responses to some of the most frequently asked questions about this research project.

Q:  "Why do you need the name of my company?"
We believe that the degree of S3 Alignment could be greatly affected by the size of your organization.  The name of your company will enable us to make appropriate comparisons between companies of similar size.

Q:  "Why do you need to know my industry?"
The degree of alignment between sales, support, and services professionals, as well as the impact on performance will likely vary greatly between industries.  Your industry designation will be used to place your data within the appropriate group of companies.

Q:  "How confidential is my response?"
Your individual input is totally anonymous.  We have no way of linking your data back to your name so please be as candid as possible.
