required: This is a significant research study; therefore, the survey
may take up to 15 minutes. How to approach the questions: For each section, focus on the sales, support, and services people you know best. Avoid telling us how you think they should respond; rather, tell us how they actually respond in similar situations. Our definitions of sales, support, and services roles: |

Sales includes inside or outside sales reps, account managers, and client executives |
| • | Support includes pre-sales support, product specialists, and subject matter experts |
| • | Services includes those who implement projects, customer service representatives, field engineers, technicians, and all others who provide service |
| • | S3 refers to sales, support, and services professionals together as a group |
| Confidentiality
of your responses: Your answers are totally anonymous. We do require the name of your company and your industry to be able to make comparisons within and between industries.
