For the first time, this research
seeks to measure S3 Alignment and quantify its
impact on relationships, results, and revenue. We believe that S3 Alignment is one of the most overlooked
ways to
improve business performance.
Who is involved?
Acclivus
Corporation, with help from experts at the Association for Services Management
International (AFSMI), the Baylor University Center for Professional
Selling, Sales and Marketing Management magazine, and Training
magazine, will contact more than 10,000 professionals across 1,000
companies during spring, 2004.
